Due to retirement at agectrgameMr. Sheng Genghong proposed to the board of directors to resign as chairman and director of the ninth board of directors of the company, and as member and convener of the strategy, ESG and technological innovation committees of the company's board of directors. After Mr. Sheng Genghong resigns the above position, he will not hold any position in the company.

According to the Company Law, the Articles of Association and other relevant regulations, Mr. Sheng Genghong's resignation did not cause the number of members on the company's board of directors to fall below the legal minimum. The resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors.
